Acquired in January 2001 this 226,000 square foot office complex is centrally located in the desired historic Arcadia district of Phoenix, on the southwest Corner of 44th Street and Thomas Road.  Talley Plaza is comprised of three office buildings on six acres of land that surround the 11-story mid-rise tower.  The property has extensive water features, ponds, and fountains and hosts a deli/café and fitness center.  A bank and small retail center were recently constructed on the portion of the site fronting 44th Street.  Triyar’s Arizona Corporate offices are currently located at this address.
